Yoga

Move. Breathe. Belong.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2010, and over the years my practice and teaching have become less about what a pose looks like and much more about how it feels to inhabit your own body.

My classes invite you to slow down, notice, breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself. I believe yoga should be adaptable and welcoming—there is no one “right” way to have a body or practice yoga. Whether we are moving through a flowing practice, exploring yoga from a chair, resting deeply, practicing alongside family, or listening to the resonance of a live cello, my intention is to create a space where people can show up as they are.

My Approach

You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to know the poses. And you certainly don't need to be “good at yoga.”

I teach with the belief that yoga is ultimately a practice of relationship—with our bodies, our breath, ourselves, and one another.
