Retreats

Rest. Create. Connect.

Sometimes we need to step away from the noise of everyday life to remember what makes us feel alive.

Halen Haven retreats are an invitation to leave behind the schedules, screens, responsibilities, and constant doing for a little while—and spend time reconnecting with yourself, with nature, and with other people.

Nestled in beautiful natural settings away from the bustle of the city, retreats weave together yoga, Reiki and energy work, creativity, time outdoors, rest, good food, and community.

We might begin the morning with gentle yoga, spend an afternoon walking in the woods or sitting beside the water, gather around a table to paint, collage, make something with our hands, or simply play, and end the day with restorative yoga, Reiki, conversation, or quiet beneath the stars.

You don't need to consider yourself a yogi, an artist, or even particularly “creative” to belong here.

I believe creativity is something we all carry. As adults, many of us lose opportunities to make things simply for the joy of making them—to experiment, get messy, play, imagine, and create without worrying about whether we're good at it. Retreats offer space to reconnect with that part of ourselves.

They also offer something that can be difficult to find in our busy lives: unhurried time together.

Time to share meals. To laugh. To have meaningful conversations. To sit around a fire. To be quiet together. To experience the kind of connection that can happen when we put down our phones, step outside of our routines, and spend a few days alongside one another.

There will always be room for solitude, too. This isn't about forced togetherness or packing every moment with activities. Rest, wandering, reading, napping, staring at the lake, and doing absolutely nothing are welcome parts of the experience.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and a little more like yourself.

Come away for a while. Breathe deeply. Make something. Wander outside. Rest. Laugh. Connect. Remember what nourishes you.
